Mobile Fab Lab

Chevron and the Fab Foundation partnered to bring Fab Labs to communities in areas of Chevron operations. Thanks to this initiative, Intermediate Unit 1 was then providing digital fabrication into its curriculum to bring communities, adults, and students of all ages into the Fab Lab movement.

From 2015-2018, I was hired from a 3-year Chevron grant as the manager for the Fab Lab program at Intermediate Unit 1. A major part of my duties at Intermediate Unit 1 was to oversee operations, curriculum, expenses, and professional development for both the stationary and mobile Fab Labs.
